ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Prairie Wind & Silver Sage – Friends of Grasslands will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. REGISTRATION at 7:00 pm, MEETING at 7.30 pm at the Little Brick Schoolhouse, Val Marie, Saskatchewan
For the following purposes:
a) To receive reports of the Board of Directors and Manager; b) To receive financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015; c) To appoint an accounting firm to act as external financial reviewer; d) To elect directors to the board (three to be elected for two-year terms); e) to transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
